These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any services provided by AcademiQ ("AcademiQ", "we", "us"). By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
AcademiQ provides academic research, analysis, writing, editing, and related support services. Unless expressly agreed in writing, all deliverables are provided as reference, guidance, and model materials to support your own study and research.
You agree to use our deliverables lawfully and in accordance with the academic-integrity, assessment, and plagiarism policies of your institution. Our materials are supplied for reference, learning, and guidance purposes. You are responsible for how you use them, including proper citation and compliance with your institution's rules and any applicable law.
We do not knowingly provide services intended to enable academic misconduct. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any request that we believe is intended to be submitted for academic credit in breach of an institution's rules or applicable law.
We offer revisions free of charge to bring the deliverable in line with the agreed brief, provided the request is made within 14 days of delivery. Requests that go beyond the original scope may be treated as a new order.
Cancellation requests should be made before work commences. Where work has already started, refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis proportionate to the work completed. To discuss a cancellation, contact us at academiqforall@outlook.com.
We treat your identity, documents, and data as confidential and use them only to deliver your service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
On full payment, you receive the rights to use the deliverable for the agreed reference and learning purposes. We may retain anonymised records for our own quality and administrative purposes. You must not resell or redistribute our materials without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for outcomes that depend on how you use the deliverable, including academic grades or admissions/publication decisions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
