Confidential, authorship-first academic support

How our academic support works

Last updated September 27, 2026

Every project follows the same basic path, whether it is a proofread of a single essay or a multi-month analysis. The details change with the service; the principle does not: agree clearly on what will be done before any work starts, and keep you informed while it happens.

The process, step by step

1. You send a request

Use the quote request form to tell us what you need: the service (or "not sure yet"), your academic level, subject, deadline, and a description of the scope — current stage, approximate length, requirements from your institution, journal or funder. Please don't send files at this stage. The form doesn't accept uploads, and we'll arrange a secure way to share documents or data once we understand the request.

If you would rather talk before committing to anything, the contact page offers a shorter consultation request.

2. We reply with scoping questions

We read the request and reply with what we understood and what we still need to know. Typical questions: which chapters are in scope, what your supervisor has already said, which software and version you use, what your data looks like, whether there is a rubric or author guideline. Sometimes this step is where we suggest a different or smaller service than the one you asked for — or tell you honestly that the request is outside what we do.

We aim to reply within one business day.

3. You receive a quote and an agreed scope

The quote describes, in writing:

  • what will be done, and what won't;
  • the deliverables you will receive and their format;
  • the timeline, including any check-in points;
  • what you need to provide, and by when;
  • how questions and revisions are handled.

Nothing starts until you have accepted the scope. See pricing for what shapes a quote.

4. Work happens in stages, with check-ins

Larger projects are broken into stages with a check-in after each — for example, a data-cleaning report before analysis begins, or a first-chapter edit before the rest of the thesis. Check-ins let you correct course early, raise questions, and confirm that the approach suits your institution's expectations. Short, single-document jobs may have no mid-point check-in, but you can still ask questions at any time.

5. Delivery and walkthrough

You receive the agreed deliverables, together with an explanation of what was done and why. For technical work, this includes a walkthrough — written or in a scheduled call — so you can explain and defend the work yourself.

6. Questions and revisions within the agreed scope

After delivery you can ask questions about the work and request adjustments that fall within the agreed scope. New requirements (additional chapters, extra analyses, a new round of feedback after major rewriting) are scoped and quoted separately.

  • Revisions: free revisions within the agreed scope for 14 days after delivery. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.
  • Follow-up questions: included for the same 14 days after delivery.
  • Payment: 50% upfront to start and 50% on delivery; institutions can pay by invoice on an agreed schedule. Details are on the pricing page.
  • Cancellations and refunds: if you cancel before work starts, you receive a full refund. After work starts, stages already completed are payable and stages not yet started are refunded. Any consumer rights you have under the law where you live still apply — see our terms of service.

What delivery looks like for different services

Service family What you typically receive
Editing and proofreading Your document with tracked changes and margin comments explaining recurring issues and any points that need your decision. A clean copy is provided where agreed.
Data analysis and STEM work Output files, tables and figures, commented syntax or code, a methods note describing each decision and assumption check, and a walkthrough of the results so you can interpret and write them up.
Tutoring and test preparation Scheduled live sessions, with practice material and notes between sessions where agreed.
Academic writing and thesis support Written feedback and comments on your drafts, planning documents and coaching sessions — the writing remains yours.
Admissions and scholarships Rounds of written feedback on your own drafts, plus interview practice where included.
Grant proposals and publication support Reviewed or co-developed documents that you, as author or applicant, approve; checklists against the funder's or journal's requirements.
Institutional services and training A project plan with milestones, followed by the agreed outputs — frameworks, reports, curricula, workshop materials or sessions.

Confidentiality

Your material is used only for your project and shared only with the people working on it. We do not publish client work, use it as samples, or add it to any database. Examples on our samples page are fictional and illustrative. If you need a signed confidentiality agreement — common for unpublished research, commercial data or institutional projects — mention it in your request. Our full approach to personal data is set out in the privacy notice.

Sharing files

The website does not accept file uploads. Once the scope is agreed, we send you a private, access-restricted cloud link (for example, a OneDrive folder) that only you and the people working on your project can use. If your data contains personal or identifiable information, tell us before sending anything; in many cases an anonymized or de-identified version is enough, and your ethics approval may require it. Project material is deleted within 90 days of completion unless you ask us to keep it longer or delete it sooner.

Communication

All our work is delivered online; we don't offer in-person sessions. We communicate by email by default, so decisions and agreed changes are recorded, and by phone when a quick conversation helps. Coaching, tutoring and walkthroughs take place in scheduled online video sessions. Where work spans several weeks, you will hear from us at each agreed check-in, and you can ask for a status update at any point.

You can reach us at academiqforall@outlook.com or on +44 7988 516464. We aim to reply within one business day.

Academic integrity throughout

Every stage is shaped by our academic integrity policy. Students remain the authors of their assessed work; researchers and professionals remain the authors of what they publish or submit. If a request would cross that line, we explain why and suggest a form of support that doesn't.
