Confidential, authorship-first academic support

Institutional & Faculty Services

Universities, colleges, training centers and agencies need practical help to design programs, evidence quality, develop staff and use their data. We work alongside your teams through discovery, workshops, drafts and validation, and hand over artifacts your institution owns and can maintain.

Overview

This pillar covers four connected areas of institutional work. Curriculum and course design turns graduate profiles into program outcomes, curriculum maps, syllabi, online courses, assessments and question banks. Accreditation and quality supports documentation for AACSB, ABET, EQUIS and national agencies, self-assessment reports and periodic program reviews. Faculty development builds research, teaching and publication capability. Institutional research provides the surveys, dashboards and strategic plans that leaders use to steer.

The areas reinforce one another. Well-written outcomes and rubrics produce the assessment evidence accreditors ask for; surveys and dashboards feed program reviews and strategic plans; faculty development sustains the changes. Institutions often start with one urgent need, such as an accreditation deadline, and discover that fixing it properly involves the others. We scope each engagement so it solves the immediate problem while leaving systems in place.

Every engagement follows a recognizable model: a discovery phase to understand context and constraints, facilitated workshops where your people make decisions, drafts that we prepare and you revise, a validation round with wider stakeholders, and a handover with editable files, templates and guidance. Your institution owns the content, the decisions and any submission to external bodies.

How we approach this work

Your institution decides

We facilitate, analyze and draft; faculty, leadership and governing bodies make academic and strategic decisions, approve every document and submit anything that goes to external bodies.

Evidence over assertion

Outcomes must be assessable, claims in reports must trace to evidence, and indicators must have agreed definitions. We flag gaps honestly rather than write around them.

Standards as they currently are

Accreditation standards, rubrics and frameworks change between cycles. We work from the version that applies to you and check it at the start of every engagement.

Build capacity, not dependence

Templates, decision logs, facilitator guides and train-the-trainer options mean your staff can maintain and repeat the work without us.

Confidential and proportionate

Institutional and student data are used only for the agreed purpose, with minimal access, aggregation and small-cell suppression where results are reported.

Frequently asked questions

How does a typical institutional engagement begin?

With a short discovery phase: a call with the project lead, a review of the documents you share and a written proposal describing scope, workshops, deliverables, timeline and the roles of your staff. Nothing starts until you approve that proposal.

Can you work with institutions outside English-speaking countries?

Yes. We work from your national regulations and agency standards alongside international frameworks. Core deliverables are produced in English, and we can coordinate translation or bilingual documents when needed.

Do you work on-site or remotely?

Both. Document work and many workshops run well online; some activities, such as leadership retreats, review visits or intensive training, benefit from being on-site. We propose the mix in the scoping stage.

Can one engagement cover several areas, such as curriculum and accreditation?

Yes, and it is often more efficient. For example, a curriculum redesign can produce the outcome maps and assessment plans your accreditation report needs. We sequence the work so each output feeds the next.

How is pricing determined for institutional projects?

Projects are quoted after scoping, based on the number of programs, courses or participants, workshop days and delivery mode, the share of drafting versus review, data preparation needs and timeline. We explain the assumptions behind each quote.

Who owns the materials produced?

The contract sets ownership and licensing. Typically your institution owns project deliverables such as reports, maps and dashboards, and receives a license to reuse training materials internally.
